Silicone rubber cures naturally at room temperature. Once fully cured, it can be removed from the master mold and mold frame. The steps are as follows:

1. Curing Wait

   • Room temperature curing: Place the mold frame on a flat, dust-free surface, avoid vibrations, and wait for curing as per the instructions (addition-cure silicone rubber typically requires 4-6 hours for complete curing at room temperature of 25°C; if the temperature is too low, it may extend to 8-12 hours; to accelerate, place it in a 60°C oven, reducing curing time to 1-2 hours, but confirm the silicone rubber's temperature resistance range in advance).
   • Curing judgment: Gently touch the surface of the silicone rubber with a finger; if it is not sticky and shows no indentation, curing is complete.

2. Demolding Operation

   • First, dismantle the mold frame (if the mold frame is assembled, simply disassemble it; if it is a one-piece box-shaped frame, gently bend the edges to separate the silicone rubber from the frame walls);
   • Slowly peel from the edges of the silicone rubber and remove the master mold from the silicone rubber (due to the good elasticity of silicone rubber, gently pull the edges of the mold, using elasticity to separate the master mold from the mold; for complex shapes, operate patiently to avoid damaging the mold details).
